It's no secret that those who receive praise and recognition for their work more often do it with even more joy and enthusiasm and their happiness level increases.
Especially in a seasonal business, there are often stressful situations and far too often we find ourselves talking all the time about what is not working. We think far too little about the things that work wonderfully and that we are happy and grateful about.
Instead of focusing on things that are not going so well, we have decided to highlight exceptional behavior and great events. We have had our Lässig cards since the 2015/16 winter season.
The Lässig card is a Card of Honor. Guests present the Lässig cards for "wow situations" along the lines of "That's really cool!" or "I wouldn't have expected that - great!" to the employee of your choice.
Employees give the card to other employees when they help each other, surprise each other or simply because it's fun to work in such a great team.

And if there is ever a day when things just aren't going so well at work, we can only recommend reading through the cards you have already collected in the evening with all the great compliments. After that, you're guaranteed to feel good again.
At the end of each season, the tickets received are counted per person. They are included in our"Dreamwork Crew on the Road" calculation and help to ensure that the team vacation after the season is perhaps even completely free of charge. However, only employees count towards employee tickets. Because that is the most important thing for us. Mutual appreciation and the fun of working in such a relaxed team.

What is Dreamwork?
Dreamwork is our employee brand. We deliberately don't call it employer branding (which is now on everyone's lips), because it's not the employer we want to focus on. We don't want to present ourselves as an employer, but rather our wonderful team, our employees, without whom everything would be nothing!
