As everywhere in life, there needs to be a balance between giving and taking. This is the only way to be in harmony with yourself.
At SBH, we offer everyone the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. Because if you stop learning, you stop living. The different levels of the Circle of Trust offer various opportunities for further development. All NEMAs (new employees) start their time in the SBH universe with an onboarding pass. There are various tasks to complete here - e.g. a history tour, an introductory event, a briefing on the Golden Rulestraining in waste separation, and much more. After successfully completing the onboarding pass, NEMAs are entitled to all the benefits listed below.
The Work for us card is a particular highlight.
We are part of WORK FOR US - Hotel and tourism jobs in Austria. In addition to further training and development, all our employees receive the BonusCARD as a special bonus. Here you get exclusive offers and discounts from regional partners: enjoy breakfast, dinner or even overnight stays at minus 50%.
As everywhere, however, there are rules of the game that must be observed.
What is important to us is reflected in the Golden Rules reflect. All our rules of conduct are set out here. Beyond the Golden Rules, what counts for us is consistently good performance and going above and beyond. True pioneering moments in our own area of responsibility and inspiring our guests across the board.
In recent years, we have repeatedly noticed that it is difficult to enforce the rules and that we always find it difficult to set consequences. That's why we have once again brought this topic into our K&K circle with us. We defined a system similar to that used in soccer - there are two yellow cards and one red card for infringements.
The first yellow card is associated with the loss of benefits for two weeks. Two yellow cards are followed by a red card. This is also the end of the SBH. It sounds harsh - but we mean it sincerely towards the rest of the team. Because everyone deserves to be able to rely on each other. That's our family culture - we are there for each other and stand up for each other. Anyone who is an energy vampire or gets their team into trouble through oversleeping or inappropriate behavior is not a team player and will be banned for the season.
But what we are above all is not resentful. If a certain amount of time has passed and these people can convince us of their changed behavior, there will be another chance next season.
What is Dreamwork?
Dreamwork is our employee brand. We deliberately don't call it employer branding (which is now on everyone's lips), because it's not the employer we want to focus on. We don't want to present ourselves as an employer, but rather our wonderful team, our employees, without whom everything would be nothing!
See here what makes Dreamwork so special:
