The fact that we are a little different at SBH is also clearly evident in our circle of trust. Trust is one of the most important principles at Dreamwork.
Only those who reap trust will sow love and success. There are different trust levels or teams at SBH. All new employees are grouped together under the term NEMAs (new employees).
If you come back after one season, you belong to the WIMAs, which are all returning employees. All employees who are WIMAs or higher have the opportunity to move up to the K&K circle after at least two seasons at SBH. This is the group that actively helps to shape the work at SBH.
K&K stands for creative and constructive and these meetings take place twice a season, on request and more often. You can read how this came about in the article K&K, or how it all began
Department heads are responsible for a particular team. The service team, the kitchen team, the reception team, the housekeeping team, the building services team, the castello team, etc. Department manager meetings are held once a week on the day after the task force meeting.
The task force consists of the management Chris & Isabella Geissler as well as the head chef Anton Enzinger, the director and corporate happiness officer Carina Lechner, MA and our service manager Krzysztof Bronowski. The task force meets weekly to discuss strategic directions and much more.
The management consists of Isabella Dschulnigg-Geissler, who runs the business as the fourth generation together with her husband Chris Geissler, the event manager, who is always breaking new ground with courage and vision.

What is Dreamwork?
Dreamwork is our employee brand. We deliberately don't call it employer branding (which is now on everyone's lips), because it's not the employer we want to focus on. We don't want to present ourselves as an employer, but rather our wonderful team, our employees, without whom everything would be nothing!
See here what makes Dreamwork so special:
