In 2018, we introduced our Make us Better workshops in all departments. With these meetings, which take place every two weeks, we want to create a place where employees in a department can exchange ideas. A place to grow together and become stronger.

Many coaches and personality trainers give in-depth seminars or individual training to work out what each individual person needs to achieve their goals.
