Many coaches and personality trainers give in-depth seminars or individual training to work out what each individual person needs to achieve their goals. I cannot achieve this in the same way here, because even the attempt would be doomed to failure. What I can do, however, is to help guide you into a process of realization by asking a few questions.
A life at the limit. We want to achieve everything in a world where anything is possible. At 20, our dreams are big, at 30 the hangover is harder the next day and at 40 our bones start to ache, even though there is still so much to discover and experience. The passage of time - right?
