Like so many things in the SBH, the SBH crew is on the road in the circle of the K&K was created.
This is where the suggestion came from to go on a crew vacation together - with all employees and the management. We were actually surprised, as we would never have thought that our employees would want to go on vacation with us.
But anyone who knows the SBH knows that they don't waste time and get things done straight away. After the 2015/16 winter season, we took the entire SBH crew on a two-day, one-night wine exploration trip to southern Styria. The 1st SBH crew vacation was a complete success.
The cool thing about the trip is that the destination is always determined by the team. In classic Austrian style, two to three destinations are chosen. It should be a city with a maximum distance of 3-4 hours by plane.
The crew trip includes the outward and return flight, three overnight stays and a dinner together. However, the most important thing is and remains the experiences in the cities and countries - because these are priceless!
The Dreamwork on the Road Trip is our kind of bonus to the crew. Because we are convinced that every single SBH crew member can benefit from this kind of benefit.
The SBH covers up to 40 percent of the costs on the basis of the SBH barometer.
This barometer, which is published on Hotelkit , is made up of various key figures in the hotel. So the more we sell, the more we delight our guests and the more we pay attention to our resources and the use of resources, the higher the SBH barometer rises. Based on this barometer, our team can then see to what extent we have already achieved or exceeded our target or where we want to go.
Based on the barometer, WIMA members receive 10%, K&K members 20%, department heads 25% and the task force 30% of additional costs.
The last 30 percent of the costs can then be covered by the Lässig cards be covered. However, only those cards are counted that are distributed among the employees.
Since the beginning of our Dreamwork on the road trips, we have been to:
- Lisbon
- Marrakech
- Thessaloniki
- Dublin
- Majorca
- Valencia
- Tel Aviv
And there will be many more 🙂
What is Dreamwork?
Dreamwork is our employee brand. We deliberately don't call it employer branding (which is now on everyone's lips), because it's not the employer we want to focus on. We don't want to present ourselves as an employer, but rather our wonderful team, our employees, without whom everything would be nothing!
See here what makes Dreamwork so special:
