Who wouldn't want to build muscle in as short a time as possible? This is possible with the 10X program. Isabella, Chris and Carina started this fitness program after one of their visits to the Mindvalley A-Fest.
Now that the management was completely caught up in 10X fever, there was no question of stopping. In just two weeks, more enthusiastic 10X beginners joined the crew. The best thing about it all: You only need to do the workout once a week on 5 machines for 90 seconds to get the full effect.
Of course, the fitness room was then remodeled and these 5 machines were purchased to make it even easier for the crew to train. Once a week, we now also introduce our guests to the secret of the 10X program.
The 10x program by SBH is based on the book "Body by Science" by Doug McGuff and John Little. The workout is unique in its form. It is the ideal introduction to getting your body in shape and strength. 10x is simple and takes less than 13 minutes per week.
How it works:
The aim is to move the weight as slowly as possible for 90 seconds. The starting weight should be 75% of the weight that you can press a maximum of once. It is important to always perform the exercises under tension and not to stretch completely. If you have the feeling that you can no longer do it, try to hold the weight for as long as possible at half pull.
Each time you exceed 90 seconds, you can increase the weight in the following workout. If you manage less than 90 seconds, you stay at the same weight again. In the first month you can repeat the workout twice a week, then once a week.
The exercises should be performed in one go with as little rest as possible:
1) Shoulder Press
2) Pulldown
3) Chest Press (Upper Body Push)
4) Seated Row (Upper Body Pull)
5) Leg Press
Tip: Keep a list of the results in terms of weight, date, time, sitting position and how long it took you from the start to the end of the workout to visualize your success.

What is Dreamwork?
Dreamwork is our employee brand. We deliberately don't call it employer branding (which is now on everyone's lips), because it's not the employer we want to focus on. We don't want to present ourselves as an employer, but rather our wonderful team, our employees, without whom everything would be nothing!
See here what makes Dreamwork so special:
