In 2018, we introduced our Make us Better workshops in all departments. With these meetings, which take place every two weeks, we want to create a place where employees in a department can exchange ideas. A place to grow together and become stronger.
Working together is much nicer when you meet at eye level. In one of our K&K workshops, we started to define our Golden Rules - our rules for how we want to interact with each other. For us as a team, these are essential principles that everyone adheres to and that we are constantly developing together.

We were able to experience how a run influences team spirit at the Iron Girls Run 2018. Nine girls ran as a team and brought the SBH Crew & Guest Run to life.
Life is much nicer when you complain less and work more on solutions instead of spreading bad vibes. That's why we created the "Stop Complaining - Start Soluting" ribbon for our SBH crew. It reminds us to always act in a solution-oriented way. Grumbling and complaining without a suggestion for improvement is not an option for us.

You can give your partner lots of joy and fun with lots of lovely little things that are sent anonymously. You can get creative with the gifts. They don't have to cost a lot of money, but should make the other person happy.
